The rose hip is the fruit of the rose plant. The whole fruit, including the nutrient-rich seeds, is air dried and ground to a fine powder. Nothing else is added, so this powder consists of 100% ground rose hips.

 Rose hips have been shown to help minimise the appearance of wrinkles, smooth skin and dramatically improve skins moisture levels.

Rose hips are particularly high in Vitamin C, one of the richest plant sources available.

Rose hips also contain natural tretinoin, the acid form of vitamin A, which helps to delay the effects of skin ageing, promoting collagen and elastin levels and replenishing and rebuilding skin tissue. This helps to make the skin firmer, smoother and younger looking. 

 Rose hips also contain a high amount of essential fatty acids and Vitamin E, which further promotes healthy skin. In particular, it is rich in linoleic and linolenic acids, which are important skin nutrients.
